Academics: Civil Background (Considered as Mandatory)

Domain: Real Estate

Software: ERP 

Local  Stay from Bangalore at least 2 Years.

Need to visit Mumbai for training purposes for 10days accommodation will be borne by the company.

No of Experience: 5+

Salary Package: High Paid salary  6+ LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Sales Manager Job Duties:

● Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

● Meeting with prospects and demonstrating  products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

● Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

● Preparation and submission of Quotation with proper solutions according to MOM

● Negotiation and closer of deal

● Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

● DSR - Daily reporting to higher authority.

● Work according to target set for location and period
