Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to business owners in Canada and the US to promote our products/services.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and benefits to potential clients.
  • Understand and address client inquiries and objections with a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversation quotas.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales process role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with working night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM).
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
