Job Description ?
The role of a Presentation Specialist requires the person to produce high quality Presentation decks and Documents that clearly and concisely deliver the message to our clients using design principles and other design techniques while maintaining our branding standards.
Job Responsibilities -
? Produce client worthy documents using MS Office and other applications
? Adhere to the company?s branding and style guide
? Ensure all work is completed as per instructions with the project
? Modifying, revising, improving and editing existing and new documents
? Continue to develop speed and accuracy for producing documents
? Understand, use and contribute to best practices for deck production
? Ensure accurate record keeping and version control
? Adaptable to changes in work-environment, following instructions for work request processing and day to day responsibilities
? Maintain organizational and client confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills ?
? Positive attitude and excellent eye for detail
? Good verbal and written English communication skills
? Take ownership of one?s roles and responsibilities
? Professional approach to problem solving and project completion
? Ability to work without close supervision be self-sufficient at work
Education and Experience -
? Graduate or equivalent preferred
? Previous experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) is preferred
? 0 ? 1 years of previous office experience
