Required desire – Have working experience in Plastic injection Moulding company.

Skills - Having good Communication & Presentation skill with a positive attitude, Required skill Good English Communication.

Job Responsibilities:-

> Coordination for Reports from all departments

> Proof reading documents & reports

> Calendar Management.

> Should report to director.

> Coordinating with different departments for preparation of

> reports, presentations, letters, conference /dept. Meetings,

> Audio/Visual conference.

> Drafting communication, organize meetings, drafting minutes

> Reminders shared with Director for important tasks & deadlines

> Coordinating reports from all departments for the general manager

> Travel Management, creating itineraries, visa, travel bookings

> Managing office space, filing for the directors (reimbursements,

> Invoices, personal documentation, attendance, travel documents

> Coordinating team for approvals on behalf of the Director

> Managing Directors Official events.
