Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator at UnionSys Technologies, located in Pune. The Lead Generator will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the sales team through various channels, such as email marketing, cold calling, and networking. The Lead Generator will also be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in lead generation and sales prospecting Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of software development is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
