Sales:

Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our coworking spaces.

Manage Customer Relationship Management Software to convert leads into customers.

Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team.

Marketing:

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and attract new clients.

Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email newsletters internally and through external agencies.

Manage social media platforms to enhance online presence and engage with the target audience.

Organize promotional events, workshops, and networking activities to showcase our coworking spaces.

Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance.
