Job Description-
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Traveling national & International for meetings for Client Projects
2. Closely working with Associations / Chambers of commerce / International Government / Investment
Agencies etc.
3. Data mining using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Exhibitions etc.
4. Reaching to decision makers & Communication via Telephone calls, Video calls, emails, LinkedIn,
WhatsApp in foreign countries
5. Effective usage of CRM.
6. Sales Closing & Handling Trade & Investment related projects.
7. Making reports, Strategies, proposals, quotation, tenders etc.
8. Effective use of Social Media to approach potential clients
9. Conducting Skypes calls/conferences/physical meetings with governments/agencies/companies
10. Account Mining / Upselling / Cross selling and Client Relationship building.
11. Handling sales team
12. Defining and sales target for department with management and Assigning sales targets to team
members
13. Defining and running the work process strategy
14. Identifying bigger government projects for business opportunity and development
15. Report to the head of Department on a weekly / daily basis.
Job Specification
1. Education: - Any Graduation, MBA preferred
2. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required.
3. Should have excellent negotiations & closing skills.
4. Excellent written, oral and listening skills required, Strong business understanding
5. Detail junkie to spot new opportunities & propose them to clients.
6. Multi-tasking & Aggressive about meeting goals & timelines.
7. A Great communicator with undivided focus on satisfying customers.
8. Knowledge on Global happenings
9. Experience: 3-5 years
