Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage entire data operations teams & foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights & solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end data processing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency & timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined workflows.
• Ensure data operations align with business objectives and scalability requirements.
• Build strong relationships with international clients to support project delivery and resolve escalations.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Tech Operations.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within Tech operations field (Saas/Daas/BPO-International only).
• Should have understanding of Contact discovery and Technographic landscape.
• Track record of successfully managing international clients.
• Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Location- Wakad-411057, Pune, Maharashtra

Timing- 9 AM TO 6 PM (Mon- Fri) (Fixed)
