About Position

As a Media and Branding Associate at CandorWorks, you will be crucial in enhancing our
brand image across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating visually
appealing graphics, managing social media channels, and implementing strategies to drive
engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
Develop visually striking and cohesive graphics for digital platforms, spanning
social media, websites, and various online channels.
Design marketing collateral, promotional materials, and interactive content
aligning with CandorWorks' brand guidelines.

Branding:
Ensure consistent branding across all digital assets, fostering a robust and
recognizable visual identity for both CandorWorks and its associated publishing
portals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute branding
campaigns resonating with the target audience.

Social Media Management:
Manage and supervise all social media channels for CandorWorks and its
publishing portals, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create and curate engaging content, encompassing text, image, and video posts,
to augment brand visibility and user interaction.

Content Strategy:
Develop and implement social media content strategies promoting
CandorWorks' publications, events, and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the
effectiveness of content and branding strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, leveraging
data to refine and optimize strategies for superior results.

Corporate Communication:
Plan and execute marketing programs to enhance brand value and presence for
CandorWorks and associated publishing portals.
Manage public announcements and create programs to attract talent from the
market.

Event Branding:
Engage in interviews, award functions, and represent CandorWorks at events to
bolster brand visibility.
Oversee creative designing and manage the content/graphics on publishing
portals for the marketing team.

Online Reputation Management:
Monitor and manage online CandorWorks reviews and ratings, ensuring a
positive and impactful online presence.

Technical Skills Set
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and social media management.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva,
Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.

Behavioral Skills Set
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
