Job Role:-

  ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

v  Should have excellent English communication/service skills in dealing with day-to-day export activities. Receive inquiries and handle customer complaints, and prepare and send quotations/offers to customers.

v  LC Payment Term & ADVANCE Payment Term.  

v  Overall Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Documents

v  Bill of Lading ,Draft, Certificate Of Origin,

v  Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Responsible for all companies' export policies & procedures. Also, support the domestic sales team as & when required.

v  Communicate and follow up with customers to identify requirements regarding their purchases.

v  Resolve customer queries by coordinating with other departments within the organization.

v  Schedule appointments with the clients and the sales team.

v  Undertake the making of quotations, RFQS and RFIs, and maintain their records.

v  Support research in competitive market prices and maintain a record of global price changes.

v  Assist sales department with maintaining price exceptions.

v  Plan purchase orders (including export orders), and their logistics and coordinate with other internal departments regarding the same.

v  Develop well-organized and timely delivered purchase plans in collaboration with the sales team.

v  Monitor and track timely deliveries of the orders.

v  Skillfully resolve shipment errors and plan efficiently in advance.

v  SAP Knowledge, MIS Report Preparation.
