Job Summary
This is a field Sales job for Super Enthusiastic people to create mark for themselves
Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage Existing Industrial Customer & Develop New Customers
• Promote and pitch new products
• Manage & built Sales Team

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong Business Acumen
• Market Analysis and Business Development.
• Product Positioning
• Excellent Verbal and Written Commutation
• Good interpersonal & Presentation skills
• High level of ownership
• Result orientation
• Good negotiation skills
• Customer centric approach
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong leadership
• Team management skills

• BE / Diploma (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical) with additional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
• Science Graduates having relevant experience can also be considered
• 10-12 years of relevant experience with proven career track record in sales and business development in Industrial segment (non-capital goods).
• Should have handled PAN India operations; if not at least at Regional level.
• Should have been in man management position for the past 3-5 years
