The candidate will be responsible for the overall management and end-to-end operations of all Residential/C&I projects in the assigned state. To lead and manage a team comprising of site engineers, warehouse executives, net-metering agents & O&M executives.
Base Location: Multiple Locations

Reports to: Head-Operations
Travel: Required within assigned state


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Candidate shall oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of rooftop solar projects within budget and meeting highest quality standards while regularly reporting, monitoring and evaluating different projects in field level for operations.
  • To take complete ownership of the delivery of a project from procurement to installation to after-sales support within the assigned state.
  • To track Quality and budget adherence for all projects.
  • To ensure optimal utilization of team reporting to him and ensuring their productivity.
  • To monitor and ensure proper resolution of all O&M tickets raised in the AOR.
  • To collaborate with different stakeholders- external, internal & customers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Responsible to ensure all compliances are met with in the stipulated time, such as net-meter documentation, procurement of required material.
  • As required, to assist SCM team in sourcing vendors for various products/services locally.
  • Organizing and directing the work of multidisciplinary professional and administrative staff.
  • In specific cases, assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical). with a minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience in renewable space.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • To be proficient in English & Hindi. Knowledge of local language is preferable.
  • Experience of working on Project management tools like MS project, Zoho projects, etc.
  • Detailed oriented with ability to motivate and manage large/diverse teams.
  • Cross functional collaboration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of meeting strict deadlines and effectively leading and scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization.
