Role Scope
Inside Sales Role
- Prospecting, Accounts Research, Lead Generation
- Understanding of ServiceNow, Atlassian & BMC Software Solutions and IT Industry trends.

Role Description
- Work closely with the sales team and understand lead generation requirements
- Execute campaigns and report progress against each campaign
- Lead gen-customers that use or potentially can use ServiceNow, Atlassian and BMC Software & Services.
- Use available tools to generate the desired number of interactions and outcomes
- Effectively communicate value proposition and benefits to customers
- Track and report on progress by task or expected outcomes
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Stay updated on the industry trends, ServiceNow, Atlassian and BMC Software updates along with competitor offerings
