MARKETING MANAGER/EXECUTIVE

FOR MARKETING MANAGER:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning:
i. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with
business goals.
ii. Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and
convert.
2. Digital Marketing:
i. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing,
and social media.
ii. Monitor and analyze the performance of online campaigns and adjust
strategies as needed.
3. Vendor Management:
i. Create and Manage Extensive Vendor Database to achieve targeted results.
ii. Stringent Negotiations to optimise and maximise company profits and
reduce expenses.
4. Brand Management:
i. Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent
messaging and visuals.
ii. Develop brand awareness campaigns to increase recognition and trust.
5. Market Research:
i. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor
activities.
ii. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in a competitive
market.
6. Event Management:
i. Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage
target audiences.
ii. Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for future
improvements.
7. Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign
performance and optimize conversion funnels.
8. Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad
creatives, and other marketing collateral for performance marketing campaigns.
9. Utilize data analysis and market research to identify target audiences, understand consumer
behavior, and optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and apply innovative
strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
11. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations, highlighting key insights and
recommendations for the management team.
12. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall
marketing and business objectives.
13. Ensure leads generated are converted to Walk-ins via Pre Sales team.
ELIGIBILITY COMPETENCIES:
1. Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Min 6 to 7 years of experience in Direct Marketing, Vendor Management, ATL and BTL marketing

10. Knowledge of Advertising and PR concepts

14. Good with Frequent Site Recess and creating strategies to support company targets.
15. Knowledge and understanding of Pre Sales.
For Marketing Executive:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing marketing research as per the current requirements.
Performing site recons frequently and updating the management with current situation
Vendor management: Hoardings, News agencies, Events, accessories and guddies.
Exploring various advertising opportunities.
Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and others.
Monitoring marketing activities and improving their performance.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the publishers and vendors as well.
Developing marketing reports on a monthly basis and presenting them to the Marketing
Manager.
Attending brainstorming sessions, daily stand-ups, regular meetings as well as meeting with
clients.
Assist in Preparing marketing budget and financial strategies according to the organizations
goals.
Assisting in hiring and training marketing staff if required.
Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
ELIGIBILITY COMPETENCIES:
Min experience of 6 months to 1 year on a similar role in pune market
Bachelors or Masters in marketing will fetch brownie points
Proficiency daily reporting and MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent networking skills.
Strong work ethics.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
