Job Role:
The roles core functions are:
Promoting the brand & increasing sales through face to face marketing.(In the initial Stage)
Designing dynamic and innovative marketing strategies for blue chip companies
Create high Brand Recall among Target Groups to increase Sales
Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships
Execute the Below the Line (BTL) & ATL activities to create awareness
Training and developing new candidates
Involves leading a team of 10-12 candidates working in various functions of management.
Team Building and mentoring
Managing people and resources
Marketing Management. HRM & HRD
Selected candidates will be nurtured on an accredited global module over tenure of 6-8 months into various functions of management to give them an overall understanding of running a strategic business unit.
