Position:

Sales - Industrial / ATD The Pahwa Group is seeking to recruit Engineer / Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager at (Locations - mentioned below) for Industrial (Division). The candidate selected should be aGraduate Engineer (From a reputed Institutes of India) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics and ready to travel within the assigned territories. Core Sales field exposure is Must for this role. The position would report to the (NSM/Regional Head/Branch Head)

Location:Banglore,Delhi PUNE Chandigarh

Responsibilities:
 Securing order from customers within assigned territory
 Business development and mapping
 Identification and development of OEM and Key Accounts
 Explore new applications to find growth opportunities
 Making presentation for the customers and corporates
 Interacting /Developing consultants, contractors & end customers
 Making offers/ quotations for projects/ jobs

Expectations:
 Prepare MIS & necessary documents for Management discussion
 Experience in understanding engineering drawings of industrial equipments
 Experience of engineered / industrial equipments
 Sales and Business development experience

Skill : Engineering background
Sales
HVAC knowledge will be an added advantage

Experience : 3+ Years in Industrial sales of capital equipment
Key Behavioural Skills : Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
