Urgently Hiring for Sales Associate for max life insurance company (Direct Sales)

Please note- 6month experience in life insurance is mandatory.
 · Field sales job with 3 contacts to be made daily.
· Graduate
· Age: Up to 32 years
· Vehicle Required



Job Purpose-

1. Excellent Comm skills and presentable
2. Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Sales Experience. Candidate should be from LI company only.
3. Strong Financial Market and Life Insurance Knowledge
4. Graduate / Undergraduate
5. Should have job stability
6. Preferably required that candidates those having experience into Direct Channel
7. Performer with good Track Record

Key Responsibilities-

? To direct sell to the customers via appointments (Office/ Home visits).
? To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated
? To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
? To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead
Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
? New Business Target Achievement = 100%
? Renewal Business = 85 %Indicators

Job Requirements-

?10th Pass Minimum Qualification, proficiency in MS Excel
? Experience Minimum 1 year of Sales experience, Life Insurance Direct Sales
experience preferred.
? Knowledge of Financial Markets
? Sales Process Implementation
? Business Planning
? Competition Benchmarking
? Anticipate and leverage business opportunities
? Build customer relationships
? Customer orientation
? Take accountability for results
