Experience: Mini. 1 to 3 Years in Sales and Marketing in any Domain
Pay Roll: On Roll + Permanent
CTC: 3.10 LPA + Variable Pay + Other Benefits

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build Your Own Potential Sales Team and Guide them.
• Achieve Sales Targets by Identify different sales Activities.
• Develop awareness and promote the company's products to the interested customers
• Build and maintain a healthy relationship with your sales team and customers
• Possess deep knowledge of life insurance products and guide your team
• Identify the financial requirement of the customers and suggest them insurance products accordingly
• Address issues with clients and customers by offering innovative, effective sales and marketing solutions
