 Greetings of the Day,


I am writing to you from the Recruitment Team of Direct Dialogue Initiatives. Our organization aims to provide ethical fundraising and public engagement services to civil society organisations working in the development sector in India. We are currently raising funds for Greenpeace India, an international environmental campaigning organization.

We are now hiring people who will work in a group of 4-5 from a public place, talking to the public about environmental issues.
We work from Monday - Friday, for 8 hours a day.

We offer our employees with excellent learning & development opportunities both inside and outside India.

Fundraisers join us at Rs. 25,600 per month + Travel Allowance (Rs. 175 per day) + Incentives (1000-20,000). On confirmation (3 - 6 months), based on successful performance the pay will increase to Rs. 28,950 per month + TA + Incentives. We also have recognition and reward schemes throughout the year.

Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people
Keen desire to learn on the job and Campaigns
Energy and drive to inspire people and promote our Client
