Job Description: Paid Marketing SpecialistPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, a proven track record of driving results through paid campaigns, and a data-driven mindset.Required experience:· 3-8years of experience in Paid marketing in the USA regionResponsibilities:· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop paid marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.· Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, keywords, and competitive landscape.· Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including budget allocation, ad creatives, and targeting parameters.· Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.· Develop compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize click-through rates and conversion rates.· Set up and optimize campaign parameters, including targeting options, bid strategies, and ad placements.· Monitor campaign performance, ensuring ads are running effectively and within budget.· Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).· Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies accordingly.· A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.· Define and refine target audiences based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral characteristics.· Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns, platforms, and audience segments.· Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budget limits.· Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, presenting key insights and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.· Provide insights into the effectiveness of different channels and campaigns to inform future
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.· Proven experience for 4-5 years in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.· In-depth knowledge of digital advertising trends, best practices, and industry standards.· Proficiency in using analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.· Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.· Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.· Familiarity with SEO principles and how they interact with paid advertising efforts
