Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to manage and drive the sales of
Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Waste Treatment solutions, and
special purpose chemicals in the Pune region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
background and proven sales experience in the water and waste treatment industry.

? Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Water Treatment Plant, Sewage
Treatment Plant, waste water treatment, Industrial & Special purpose Chemicals sector by
leveraging market knowledge, networking, and lead generation strategies.
? Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their
requirements, address their concerns, and provide effective solutions to meet their specific WTP,
STP, Waste water treatment & Industrial Boiler needs.
? Negotiation:
Lead negotiations with customers to close sales deals.
Ensure terms and conditions are favourable and comply with company policies.
? Product Promotion:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our WTP, STP & Industrial Boiler products and their
applications.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to clients and prospects through
presentations, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
? Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market
share. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans and initiatives.
? Technical Support:
Provide technical support to clients regarding the application and use of industrial boilers, STP &
WTP products.
Offer guidance on product selection, usage, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless customer
experience.
? Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM system for tracking leads and opportunities.
Regularly report on lead generation and conversion progress to the management team.
? Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Provide insights &
recommendations for business development strategies.
